The Job: You will be responsible for supporting the operations of the venue, interacting with vendors and clients, and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth event operations. Duties include providing administrative support, on-site coordination, site inspections, and maintaining event venue cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Setting up events venues according to orders (tables, chairs, projectors, etc.)
• Ensuring venue cleanliness after events
• Addressing guests’ concerns and feedback
• Coordinating food & beverage services with caterers
• Troubleshooting technological issues during events
• Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned
