Job Description
Experia Events Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Events Executive to join our team for the upcoming defence show, IMDEX Asia 2025. Key responsibilities include coordinating business meeting schedules between VIP delegates and international exhibitors, liaising with government agencies, and maintaining a personalized meeting system.
Applicants should hold a Degree or Diploma, preferably with 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong English communication skills, and the ability to interact with diverse cultural backgrounds are essential. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive under pressure while being technologically savvy.
