Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the position of Executive/Admin Assistant – Lead. As the lead assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executive team and managing the day-to-day operations of our office.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, and conducting research on behalf of the executives. You will also be expected to supervise and train junior administrative staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks are also essential in order to succeed in this position.
