Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant at Elitez & Associates Pte Ltd. This role involves supporting the Senior Executive Assistant and ensuring the smooth operation of the MD office. The ideal candidate will manage the MD’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and act as a liaison for internal and external communications.
Requirements include a Diploma in Business Administration or related field, proven experience as an Executive Assistant, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The position offers a salary between $4,500.00 – $5,00.00 per month with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
