Job Description
Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Human Resources team. You will assist in day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of Human Resource services.
Key Job Scope:
- Scheduling and arranging of interviews
- Conducting reference checks
- Processing student sponsorships
- Managing work passes
- Providing on-boarding support
- Maintaining employee records in SuccessFactors
- Addressing staff queries
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with at least 1 year of HR experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
