Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to support our Financial Advisor at JGVJ. The role requires 20 hours weekly, with a monthly salary of $1500 (inclusive of CPF).
Job Scope:
- Manage client relationships and appointments.
- Prepare insurance policy documents.
- Coordinate with clients and insurers.
- Organize client files efficiently.
- Support research tasks.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Macbook and Google Calendar.
- Strong communication skills.
- Administrative experience preferred.
