Job Description
Modern Hippi is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our female Director in the daily operations of our FMCG business. This part-time role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, managing invoices, expense reports, and product listings, as well as assisting with order processing and basic research.
Key Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
