Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive in the Category Assortment & Space Optimization department. This position plays a critical role in analyzing and optimizing the assortment and space allocation for our products.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze customer buying patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define category assortment strategies
- Analyze sales data and category performance to identify opportunities for optimization
- Develop and maintain category assortments based on customer demand and market trends
- Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure optimal space allocation and product placement
- Monitor category performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to drive sales and profitability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Prior experience in category management or space optimization is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
