Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the position of Executive, Correctional Health. As an Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the healthcare services provided in correctional facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement healthcare policies and protocols for correctional facilities.
- Collaborate with medical staff, administrators, and correctional officers to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
- Manage the budget and resources required for providing healthcare services in correctional facilities.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of healthcare programs.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the delivery of healthcare services.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in correctional health and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a correctional setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of correctional healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
