Location: Aero – 540 Airport Road, SG

Description:

Work Location: Seletar

1 or 2 years fixed term contract (convertible/renewable)

Work Hour: 2-3 day duty, 2 day rest. 8AM-8PM / 7:30AM-7:30PM

Summary:

The role involves handling service requests from airlines and customers via various channels. Candidates will work 12-hour rotating shifts in a 24/7 contact center, providing technical support to the aviation industry. Permanent position potential based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming Calls, Emails, and Customer Portal requests
  • Create and update service requests in the case management system
  • Coordinate tasks with specialists and internal teams
  • Escalate issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Multi-task effectively and follow up on pending cases

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or ITE graduates preferred
  • Team player with self-motivation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and call center software a plus
  • Prior call center experience advantageous
