Description:
Work Location: Seletar
1 or 2 years fixed term contract (convertible/renewable)
Work Hour: 2-3 day duty, 2 day rest. 8AM-8PM / 7:30AM-7:30PM
Summary:
The role involves handling service requests from airlines and customers via various channels. Candidates will work 12-hour rotating shifts in a 24/7 contact center, providing technical support to the aviation industry. Permanent position potential based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming Calls, Emails, and Customer Portal requests
- Create and update service requests in the case management system
- Coordinate tasks with specialists and internal teams
- Escalate issues and ensure timely resolution
- Multi-task effectively and follow up on pending cases
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or ITE graduates preferred
- Team player with self-motivation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and call center software a plus
- Prior call center experience advantageous
