Job Description
The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) is currently seeking an Executive for Corporate Research, Planning, and External Relations (CPRE) to join our team. As a trade union representing over 3,400 corporate members, our goal is to advance tripartism and foster a flexible labor market. With the changing landscape of industries, we are looking for individuals who can lead and strengthen SNEF in the future economy.
The CPRE department is responsible for managing council and regulatory affairs, coordinating meetings and elections, and supporting corporate strategy and development. This position will also handle media relations, social media management, and maintain relations with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in strengthening tripartite relations with the Government and Labor Movement
- Support engagement with counterparts in ASEAN and other regions, as well as international organizations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and maintain SNEF’s brand and image
- Manage SNEF’s website and social media platforms
- Plan and organize key events and meetings involving Council Members
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Communications, or related disciplines
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva is advantageous
