Job Responsibilities:

• Assess accidental medical expenses claims within authority limits according to policy terms and conditions.
• Manage and respond to mailbox and customer calls in a professional manner.
• Communicate with policyholders, brokers, and stakeholders for efficient claims resolution.
• Identify and escalate complex claims to team lead or manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in insurance claims handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
