Based in Singapore, you will assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures, attend to inquiries, manage accounts, and ensure a smooth experience at the Front Desk. Key responsibilities include issuing apartment access key cards, making reservations, and addressing resident feedback. The role also involves bookkeeping and conveying messages promptly, ensuring all residents feel valued and cared for.
