- Requires to be on multi-site support rotation covering the area of ISM.
- End user support & administration covering the areas of:
- IP Telephony
- PC Hardware trouble-shooting
- Office automation software
- LAN and WAN Access
- IT Security Adherence, Compliance and Standards
- IT-related technical setup to support the business needs & requirements.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT
- Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Possess good interpersonal skills to communicate & support different stakeholders
- IT support for 2 main office sites located in East of Singapore
