Job Description
- Manage and coordinate with vendors on IT matters such as issue escalation and projects.
- Provide Technical Support & coordinate with internal users & external vendors on IT-related matters.
- Support the IT procurement lifecycle.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for all software, hardware, and consulting services.
- Install, maintain and administrate all IT-related peripherals and documentation.
- Perform inventory management of software licenses, hardware, and other IT peripherals.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and collaboration skills.
- Experience in Customer Service Oriented environment preferred.
- Experience in On-Site IT Support & IT Engineer preferred.
