Job Description
NTUC Enterprise, the largest shareholder of NTUC Social Enterprises, is dedicated to addressing social needs in Singapore. We are currently seeking an Executive for Kopitiam Investment Pte Ltd to support administrative functions.
Responsibilities: You will coordinate daily administrative tasks, manage performance metrics, interface with government agencies, and handle invoicing and contracts. Additionally, you will assist in customer inquiries and perform clerical duties.
Qualifications: A GCE “O” Level/Diploma is required. Candidates should be organized, proficient in office applications like GSheet/Excel, and have prior experience in the retail/service industry. Familiarity with ERP (SAP) and CRM (Zendesk) is a plus.
