Job Description
You will be responsible to assist the Office of Innovation in fulfilling its objectives of coordinating and managing innovation initiatives under Changi General Hospital.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate projects from end-to-end, including scoping, budgeting, funding applications, and approval papers preparation
- Manage funders/sponsors, project funds administration, and project closures
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support operational and clinical champions in their innovation ideas and projects
- Collaborate with external funding bodies, IHLs, SMEs, and companies for co-development of innovation projects
- Promote innovation and design thinking culture through workshops, events, and forums
- Assist in annual and supplementary budgetary requirements
- Support day-to-day department operations
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field from a reputable University
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare or innovation-related field
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional relationship management abilities
- Independent, results-oriented, and resourceful
- Candidate must have fully completed COVID-19 vaccinations
