Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive in Pharmacy Services. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and overseeing the pharmaceutical operations within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to pharmaceutical services.
- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Oversee medication inventory, purchasing, and storage.
- Maintain accurate records of medications and prescriptions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical medications, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing pharmacy operations.
- Proficient in relevant software and computer systems.
