Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Executive, Reservation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservations and ensuring the smooth flow of our booking system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries and providing assistance in booking reservations.
- Managing and updating the reservation system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Preparing reports and analyzing reservation data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Resolving any booking conflicts or issues that may arise.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a similar position and knowledge of reservation systems is preferred.
