Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive/Senior Executive – Commercial & Portfolio Development. This position will mainly focus on our Own Brands division.
As an Executive/Senior Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive the growth and profitability of our Own Brands
- Identifying new business opportunities and conducting market research to support portfolio expansion
- Managing the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and optimal in-store execution
- Analyzing sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, product development, or marketing within the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
