Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of Executive/Senior Executive (Experiential Learning). In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing experiential learning programs that enhance the professional development of our employees.
The ideal candidate should have a background in education or training, and a strong understanding of adult learning principles. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop engaging experiential learning activities.
