Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive / Senior Executive in our Warehouse department. As an Executive / Senior Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations, inventory management, and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Planning and implementing warehouse strategies to optimize storage and distribution processes.
- Monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and identifying discrepancies.
- Coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and other departments to ensure timely receipt and delivery of goods.
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory, transactions, and logistics activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control principles.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
