Description:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to targeted groups of customers to sell products/services by following prepared scripts
- Adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Follow-up on sales leads to generate revenue
- Order Processing via Inbound Calls
- Consignment Ordering and administrative support
Job Requirements:
- Customer service/sales experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Meticulous with attention to detail
- Diploma and above qualifications
- Basic computer skills and CRM system knowledge
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
