• Conduct outbound sales calls to targeted groups of customers to sell products/services by following prepared scripts
• Adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Follow-up on sales leads to generate revenue
• Order Processing via Inbound Calls
• Consignment Ordering and administrative support

Job Requirements:

• Customer service/sales experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Meticulous with attention to detail
• Diploma and above qualifications
• Basic computer skills and CRM system knowledge
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
