Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of software and hardware systems.
Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, providing support to end-users, and maintaining documentation of support activities. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
