Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the Design Team facade design work.
• Arrange a design project to adhere to the construction timeline.
• Exercise professional leadership and manage the team members by assigning tasks, giving them instructions on how to draft in order to preserve quality, boosting input, verifying drawings, cutting lists profiles, and other tasks.
• Verify that the design, drawings, and other deliverables adhere to the job scope, standard requirements, and specifications.
• To facilitate communication and coordination between the main contractor, consultants, and design team.
• Support the site team in resolving conflicts on the site.
• Take part in workshops, oversee, and provide feedback on shop drawings on their constructability, sequencing, and overall quality.

Requirements:

• Five years of minimum professional experience in facade design.
• Required skill: Design Development & Design Management.
• Proficiency with Revit and Rhino is advantageous; at the very least, one should be able to read and extract data from 3D models created in either format.
• Have effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and organizing abilities.
