Forvis Mazars is seeking a highly organized, reliable, and effective Facilities & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage administrative activities that ensure the smooth operation of our office and facilities. Responsibilities include handling reception duties, coordinating meeting room bookings, managing office supplies, and liaising with maintenance staff.

We are looking for candidates with a diploma/degree, 2-5 years of administrative experience, and strong communication skills. Microsoft Office proficiency is a plus. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and possesses a cheerful attitude.
