Description:
- Responsible for the upkeep of facilities and equipment.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs and ensure safety standards.
- Monitor critical repairs for minimal downtime.
- Maintain proper documentation and recommend upgrades.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in facilities management or engineering.
- Relevant work experience in facilities.
- Licensed Electrician Worker (LEW) is a plus.
