Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Facilities Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving our facilities. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment, systems, and utilities in our facility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing regular maintenance and inspections of facilities to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Conducting repairs on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Managing the preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Coordinating with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and installations.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and extensive experience in facilities maintenance. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.
