Job Description
Summary:

Job Scope:
- Perform various building maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and other related duties.
- Coordinate with housekeeping vendors for office cleaning, air conditioning maintenance, and other scheduled building services.
- Carry out regular preventive maintenance on building fittings and fixtures.
- Supply spare parts through the counter and bulk store to both internal and external customers, ensuring documentation is verified and transactions are updated as necessary.
- Meet delivery schedules and collection requirements, following up on related processes as needed.
- Always ensure adherence to general safety and health regulations and practices.
Requirements:
- Candidate with related building/facility related experience is preferred.
- At least Nitec in Building / Maintenance Services is preferred.
