Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Management Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Facilities Management Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that it is safe, efficient, and compliant with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing maintenance strategies and programs for the facility.
- Performing regular inspections to identify areas that require maintenance or repairs.
- Supervising a team of technicians and contractors, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget.
- Managing the facility’s budget, including forecasting and cost control.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Developing and implementing energy-saving initiatives to improve the facility’s sustainability.
Qualifications and skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a large-scale facility.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
