Job Description
THETA88 is a startup ideating, designing, and prototyping Hawker Centres of the Future. We partner with like-minded socially conscious individuals and companies. Our mission is to shape the future of hawker centres, preserve their heritage, and change the perception of young people towards hawker centres as both hawkerpreneurs and customers.
Currently, we are seeking proactive and resourceful Facility Executives to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of fixing/repairing electrical, plumbing, and other issues within a building premise
- Hands-on approach in promptly addressing and resolving facility issues
- Basic handyman skills would be highly advantageous
- Ability to interpret electrical Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs), prepare Method Statements, and create simple elevations
- Patience and empathy, with a strong sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn and collaborate as part of a fast-paced startup
- Proficiency in using MS Office for preparing reports, presentations, and efficient communication via email
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: $2,300.00 – $3,00.00 per month
