Job Description
- Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation
- Ensure cleanliness of the coffee shop, all equipment, tools, and physical-building surfaces
- Ensure that customers receive excellent service
- Manage invoices & receipts for all stocks
- Handle cash, inventory, and prepare nightly closing reports
