Job Description
Job Title: Field Engineer
Job Purpose and Content:
- Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
- Perform continual improvement programs, parts overhaul, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repair works on equipment.
- Serve as a company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
- Coordinate logistics arrangements and equipment-related matters with customers.
- Respond to customer complaints, provide timely solutions, and resolve customer issues.
- Monitor product performance, provide regular update reports, and feedback on customer service requests.
- Report common customer complaints to management for future reference.
