Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide after-sales service support, installation, commissioning, and repair of laboratory/research/analytical equipment.
- Offer technical consultation to customers.
- Troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions within a targeted timeline.
- Prepare service reports.
Requirements:
- ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Understanding of refrigeration systems & robotic liquid handling equipment is an advantage.
- Related work experience in service/maintenance is preferred.
- Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle are advantageous.
