Job Description
Our client, RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD., is a well-established MNC and one of the leading players in the Machinery Manufacturing sector. They are currently expanding and looking for a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team located in the West. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team and contribute to their development.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze errors and perform repairs to electronics, mechanics, etc.
- Collaborate with relevant personnel from the Service Center to determine solutions.
- Document all completed service and maintenance work/report.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical installation of equipment and provide commission for installation.
- Provide preventive maintenance and advice to customers on servicing equipment and spare parts.
- Implement service updates and data protections.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering or other relevant field studies.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
