Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide installation, commissioning, repairing and maintenance of laboratory instruments
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
- Conduct operational & technical training to customers
- Liaising with Principal on warranty / technical issue
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Provide technical support such as troubleshooting, performance improvement and other requests to customers
- Provide constant after-service follow up to customers
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering
- Customer-orientated and technically inclined
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, Positive Attitude and able to work well as a team
- Possess good initiative towards task given
- Willing to travel overseas for work support and training
