Job Description
- Perform daily, monthly and backlogs filing adopting our existing filing system
- Issuing of cheques with high accuracy and recording of cheques received into system
- Sorting and distribution of mails daily
- Generating of invoices and delivery orders for delivery according to a planned schedule
- Handle emails enquires with various stakeholders (internal and external customers)
- Chasing for due and overdue payment through interacting with customers verbally and email communications
- Involve in year-end physical stock take exercise
- Assist overall daily Finance & administrative matters for the team
Allowance / Remuneration: $800 – 1,300 monthly
