Finance & Admin Executive
Job Description for Finance Executive:
- Maintain and create new customers, suppliers, and ledger accounts
- Verify accuracy of payments, claims, and cash reimbursements
- Monitor and deposit cash and cheques into the bank
- Prepare audit schedules and coordinate audits
- Liaise with stakeholders and auditors
- Perform assigned duties
Job Description for Admin Executive:
- Plan, organize, and manage procurement and office supplies
- Data entry and operational support
- Oversee general office administration
- Perform duties as required
