Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Administer the execution of donation collections and petty cash management.
• Provide general administrative support for effective mosque operations.
• Handle customer service duties in the absence of the Corporate Support Officer.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor and management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Accounting or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office preferred.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, disciplined, and a team player.
• Able to work on weekends to support occasional mosque events.
