Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to assist with finance matters at Auxidane Pte Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data entry of all invoices/receipts into the system.
• Keeping track of accounts payable and accounts receivables.
• Reconcile payment with invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Assisting with administrative matters.
• Any ad-hoc assignment that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, accurate, and good with numbers.
• High level of initiative, drive, and a sense of urgency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,300.00 – $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
