Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis on financial performance.
• Manage consolidation and preparation of management reports for forecasting and budgeting.
• Review and analyze quarterly reports and board papers.
• Advise business teams on investment, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with tax advisors for deal structuring and tax due diligence.
• Ensure financial operations comply with group guidelines.
• Review internal controls for regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes.
• Work with external auditors for efficient audit closing.
• Handle additional assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Finance degree.
• Minimum 15 years corporate finance experience, particularly with listed companies.
• Proficient in SGX announcements and board papers.
• Experience in acquisitions and divestments.
• Knowledge of cross-border taxation, financial management, and risk management.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
