Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling day to day transactions and maintain accounts
- Follow up on AR outstanding and maintain debtors ageing updates on overdue accounts
- Arrange payments to suppliers
- Arrange staff claims and reimbursements
- Inter-company reconciliation and checking on transactions for management information
- Quarterly GST submission
- Handling of compliances and tax matters and liaising with the company secretary
- Monthly MIS reporting to management
- Managing Cash flow and treasury functions
- Managing GL functions and monthly closing
- Processing of payroll at month end
- Work closely with Finance team in India HQ
- Liaising with auditors for quarterly accounts and other reports
- Support on any other matters and reports
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field
- Those with more working experience will be considered for Senior Finance Executive position
- Knowledge in Financial Accounting Applications, preferably ERP solutions (preferred Navision) / Business Central
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible and willing to support on adhoc requirement of the profile
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous and able to work independently and in a team
- Mandarin language preferred to liaise with China counterpart
