Job Description
1. Ensure accurate and timely closure of accounts.
2. Supervise and train junior accounting staff.
3. Prepare full set of accounts for subsidiaries.
4. Prepare bank reconciliation for subsidiaries.
5. Prepare submission of quarterly GST filing for subsidiaries.
6. Prepare annual statutory accounts.
7. Communicate with Company Secretary as and when necessary for submission of reports as required by relevant bodies.
8. Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirements, and group policies.
9. Coordinate and facilitate audits by appointed auditors.
10. Supervise assigned personnel.
11. Handle ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the company.
