Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GST, consolidation, and SGX regulations. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including managing the company’s tax obligations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with SGX regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s GST obligations, including ensuring accurate and timely GST filings
- Lead the consolidation process for the company’s financial statements
- Prepare financial reports and analysis, highlighting key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with SGX regulations
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement financial strategies
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on GST, consolidation, and SGX regulations
- Strong knowledge of GST laws and regulations
- Experience in SGX reporting and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
