Job Description
Our growing medical aesthetics clinic is seeking a Finance & Operation Executive to join our team. As the Finance & Operation Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial and operational activities to ensure the smooth running of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Monitor and streamline clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow
- Manage inventory and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely supply of medical materials
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in finance and operations management
- Proven knowledge of financial principles and practices in the healthcare industry
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
