Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Finance function which includes:

• Handling the full spectrum of the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Ensuring accurate/timely verification and processing of invoices, claims, and payments
• Familiarize with the Gym Management System and perform database checks
• Generating sales reports and processing refunds
• Liaising with vendors on all Finance matters
• Assisting with Finance reports preparation and audit activities
• Performing administrative duties and other assigned tasks
