Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial/Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will manage various financial and operational tasks within our financial institution, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strategic support across key areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations, including investor onboarding, due diligence on borrowers, launching deals, and settling repayments.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance by preparing and submitting periodic documents and maintaining an up-to-date compliance manual.
• Analytical Support for Fundraising Activities: Provide financial expertise to optimize funding strategies and support decision-making processes.
• Company Secretarial Works: Coordinate secretarial tasks for group subsidiaries, ensuring regulatory compliance and governance standards.
• Financial Data Analysis: Analyze business statistics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, operations management, and regulatory compliance within the financial industry.
