Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fixed Equipment & Inspection Engineer to join our team. As a Fixed Equipment & Inspection Engineer, your main responsibility will be to ensure the integrity and reliability of fixed equipment across our facilities.
You will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, performing risk assessments, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any equipment-related issues to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in mechanical engineering, with expertise in fixed equipment design, installation, and maintenance practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to identify potential risks and implement appropriate corrective measures.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fixed equipment design and inspection
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations (API, ASME, etc.)
- Experience with inspection techniques, including visual inspection, non-destructive testing, and risk-based assessment
- Proficiency in relevant software and engineering tools
