Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee prompt presentation of checked baggage on arrival.
• Ensure mishandled and unclaimed baggage is returned expeditiously.
• Assist with customer inquiries and grievances.
• Manage passenger queues at the Lost and Found office.
• Remove bags timely from arrival belts to avoid overflow.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Key Attributes:

• Independent with sound judgment.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Dynamic, self-driven team player.
• Able to commit 2-3 days per week, preferably 1700H – 2300H.
