Job Description

COLOURS OF INDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager. The ideal applicant must be a team player and willing to work on weekends. Strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, and Indian cuisine is essential. Experience in menu planning with executive chefs and the ability to coordinate group events will be considered an added advantage. The candidate will report directly to the Director.
